Core Staff

Julian is a Senior Associate Scientist at CSP and Professor in the School of Aquatic and Fishery Sciences at the University of Washington. He is a freshwater ecologist with broad research interests in advancing our knowledge of the structure and function of freshwater ecosystems in a changing world and integrating science-based approaches into management and policy decision making. Julian in contracted to support the development, analytical capacity, and broad reach of the Freshwater Solutions Lab.
