Core Staff

Hayley (she/her) is a seasoned Executive Director, consultant, and leadership coach. She brings over 15 years of nonprofit experience and small business experience to CSP. Hayley enjoys helping organizations doing good in the world make a bigger impact through creating effective models for long-term sustainability, organizational development, and leadership development.
Born and raised in Oregon, Hayley has spent much of her adult life in the Reno/Tahoe area, enjoying the outdoor lifestyle it has to offer. Hayley has always had a passion for making the world a better place – whether that is through supporting survivors of abuse, aiding community members who are dealing with food scarcity issues, working with international teams to build successful social enterprises that employs locals, teaching others how to build effective nonprofits or social enterprises, or helping leaders and rising leaders develop to become more successful change-makers.

With a masters degree in Community Development Policy and Practice from University of New Hampshire with an emphasis on nonprofit management as well as a graduate certification in Sustainable Development, being a certified leadership coach, and certified yoga instructor, Hayley enjoys bringing her various skill sets to her work in the nonprofit + social enterprise sectors.
